ReConnect Loan and Grant Program—Applications Due May 21, 2024

ReConnect Spring

The ReConnect Loan and Grant Program furnishes loans and grants to provide funds for the costs of construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment needed to provide broadband service in eligible rural areas. The application window for the fifth round of funding will open on March 22, 2024, and close on May 21, 2024. USDA Rural Development will host several technical assistance webinars and workshops during the application window.

PA Business Resource Website: Explore Resources to Enhance Your Business

SEWN

The Steel Valley Authority through the Strategic Early Warning Network (SEWN) recently launched a website for all businesses in Pennsylvania to search for assistance to help them grow, succeed, and remain in the Commonwealth. This website also provides links to upcoming business events across the state.

The PA Business Resource website (https://www.pabusinessresources.org/) provides companies with simple access to public sector resources available. These services can be at low or no cost to the company or available through grant funding. Businesses can search by county, region, or statewide narrowing services by specific company issues such as finding new customers, business relocation, veteran owned business resources, transportation, tax credit programs, and roughly 200+ more organizations. Public sector organizations not listed are welcome to submit their information via a link available on the site to become part of the database.
