Open Records Policy

In compliance with Act 3 of 2008, Pennsylvania’s “Right-To-Know Law”, commonly referred to as the “Open Records Law”, the information provided hereunder is intended to inform the public about Act 3 and to describe how individuals can access the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission public records.
