As a Certified Economic Development Organization, the Northwest Commission is able to administer funds on behalf of the State. The PIDA Board has made financing available to qualifying Pennsylvania small businesses at a 5.25% rate fixed for the term of the loan. Adjustable rates are also available. These rates are good for completed loan applications received through June 30, 2024.
Eligible applicants include:
- Manufacturing or Industrial Business
- Hospitality Enterprise
- Commercial & Service Enterprise
- Child Day-Care
- Agriculture Enterprise or Agriculture Producer
- Service Enterprises located in Economically Distressed Areas
