Open Records Policy

In compliance with Act 3 of 2008, Pennsylvania’s “Right-To-Know Law”, commonly referred to as the “Open Records Law”, the information provided hereunder is intended to inform the public about Act 3 and to describe how individuals can access the Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission public records.

The Northwest Regional Planning and Development Commission is a public non-profit corporation and will respond promptly to legitimate requests filed under Act 3.  For further information or guidance in this regard, beyond the information provided through the links below, please contact the Commission’s Right-To-Know Officer, Vonda Caldwell.
